It appears that you have a loose band under the hood. Make sure you stick to your local store for mechanics, if you do not know how to do it myself.
You can check to make sure that the connections are tight and vent cap of the filter is good. You can hear the engine trying to get more air to suck.

Sounds like a silly question for me. Or maybe a belt. When you hear when you accelerate, could be the noise voltage output to tape. Get the Check it out. You Chaning oil should not matter, but you have to change anyway so ..
